How long does it take you to ship? Pending all items ordered are in stock, no more than 24-48 hours.

My tracking says delivered but there's no package? Unfortunately, this is a consistent issue with USPS "losing" packages. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control what happens to the package and USPS needs to be held accountable. We suggest opening a claim through USPS and notify us that your package is missing.

Do you make custom colors? We can, but only in bulk. Our machine requires X amount of plastic to run without burning the plastic. Custom bulk colors start @ $30
